Welcome to TechnoMajor.lk. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Techno Major. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Techno Major is an online store based in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka, specializing in technology products and accessories.

All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers must provide accurate payment and order information.
  • Orders paid by bank transfer may require payment confirmation before processing.
  • Any special bank-transfer discounts will be communicated through the applicable product listing or our official communication channels.
  • Product prices and promotions may change without prior notice. Changes will not automatically alter the price of an already confirmed order.
  • Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before the order is completed.

Customers will not be charged an undisclosed additional fee for choosing a particular payment method.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

After an order is placed, we may contact the customer to confirm the order, delivery details, product availability or payment.

An order may need to be cancelled or adjusted if:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • There is a genuine pricing or listing error.
  • The payment cannot be verified.
  • The customer provides incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
  • Delivery or fulfilment becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund or other resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests made after dispatch may not be processed as ordinary pre-dispatch cancellations.

Nothing in this section removes any rights customers have under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver to locations within Sri Lanka where our delivery services are available.

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, product availability, courier operations and other relevant circumstances.
  • Standard delivery charges and any applicable free-shipping offers will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed.
  • One-day delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations where explicitly offered.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number.
  • Delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery date.

6. Warranty

Products sold by Techno Major may have different warranty periods and conditions depending on the product and the warranty offered.

The applicable warranty period and conditions will be stated on the relevant product listing, warranty documentation or other written confirmation provided at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified, warranty coverage applies to eligible manufacturing defects and does not automatically cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence or improper installation.
  • Accidental, physical or cosmetic damage.

Where a warranty sticker is required, it must remain attached and intact. Opening a product's box to apply a company warranty sticker does not, by itself, mean the product has been used.

Warranty claims must be supported by reasonable proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, and any other information reasonably needed to assess the claim.

Depending on the product's warranty terms and the outcome of the assessment, an eligible claim may be resolved through repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Our returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Refund Policy, available on our website.

Customers should contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Depending on the circumstances, the product's condition, the applicable warranty and consumer protection requirements, a resolution may include a repair, replacement, refund or another agreed remedy.

If an order is cancelled by us, cannot be fulfilled, or qualifies for a refund under our policies or applicable law, we will communicate the next steps and process the appropriate refund.
