Techno Major Warranty & Return Policy
We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you experience any issues with your purchase, our Warranty & Refund Policy ensures that your rights are protected. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Warranty Coverage
- Applicable: Warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects.
- Not Covered:
- Physical damage, drop damage, or internal/external burn damage.
- Cosmetic damage, repairs, disassembly, modifications, or water damage.
2. Warranty Process
- Processing Time: Warranty evaluation and processing may take 5–10 working days.
- Return Condition: Products must be returned with the original box and all included accessories.
- Customer Responsibility: All shipping charges for warranty claims must be covered by the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Resolution Options for Defective Products
Depending on the nature of the defect, Techno Major may offer one of the following:
- Repair: Minor issues may be resolved through repair.
- Replacement: In the case of a major defect, a replacement product will be provided.
- Credit Note: If a replacement is not possible, a credit note will be issued for future purchases.
⚠️ Note: Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect purchases (wrong device model or color).

5. Collection of Replacements
- Replacement products must be collected within one month from the date the defective item was returned.
